PAMIX 853

Description

Pamix 853 is a chloride-free aqueous-solution admixture formulated for underwater concrete applications. Pamix 853 is used to minimise the loss of concrete components through washout in underwater placements, so that the final behaviour of the hardened concrete is maintained.

Recommended applications

• All types of concrete and/or mortar that need to be placed underwater.

Dosage

Reference dosage 2cc to 15 cc per kg of cementitious material

The recommended dosage is between: 2cc to 15 cc per kg of cementitious material; to define the appropriate dosage, consult your trusted advisor at PAMIX INTERNATIONAL, S.A., who will make a suggestion according to the use of the concrete; nevertheless, it is advisable to run trials with all the materials to be used in the concrete mix design, taking into account ambient conditions, transport time and placement time of the concrete on site.

Compatibility

Pamix 853 is effective as part of a system with other admixtures in the Pamix line; it is added to the mix independently of other admixtures.
